Shipping Policy
We ship orders within 2-5 business days of purchase via reputed couriers. Customers are responsible for tracking shipments. Delivery times may vary depending on location but are generally within 7 days of shipping. Delivery is free Pan-India, there will be additional delivery costs for shipping outside India.
Return & Exchange Policy
RETURNS
We do not accept returns or cancellations on any orders. Please check size charts and product descriptions carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit and avoid returns.
EXCHANGES
Exchanges are subject to availability and will only be provided if we have the item in stock in the size needed. To request an exchange, contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order at support@etheos.co.in. We do not offer free exchanges therefore the customer is responsible for postage costs regarding returns and exchanges.
Exchanges are subject to the following terms:

Items must be in original condition, unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept exchanges on used or damaged items.

Exchanges are only accepted for items purchased directly from our website. We cannot accept exchanges for items purchased from third-party retailers.

Exchange is not possible for items purchased on sale.

Once your exchange request is approved, ship the item(s) back to us within 7 days. Provide the tracking information for your return shipment to support@etheos.co.in. We are not responsible for shipments lost or delayed in transit.

All items are inspected thoroughly before an exchange is processed. Items found worn/used/unsellable will be rejected and returned back to you. If you receive a faulty item, please let us know via email within 3 days of receipt as we cannot assist you after that time frame. Please contact support@etheos.co.in for assistance.

We cannot refund your postage costs unless the product is faulty/incorrect. If your item is faulty or incorrect, you must let us know within 3 days of receipt. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period.
DAMAGED ITEMS
Report damage or defects within 3 days of receipt. Provide photos for review and potential store credit is issued if confirmed. We cannot give any refunds/assistance after this time period.
Credit is valid for 3 months.
